The Golden Square Group is a family-owned private landlord, which has been actively investing in property since the 1950's. The company is now in its third generation having, over many years, acquired a wide range of interests including residential, commercial, ground rent investments and land across London, Brighton and Southampton, resulting in a highly diversified portfolio.
The Group provides a wide range of residential accommodation for rental, and occasionally sale, predominantly within London, from studio flats to large family houses. We also hold a number of commercial interests offering a wide range of spaces and uses.
